COVID-19 POLICY

All prescriptions that expired during the pandemic (between February 28, 2020 and and today) we will extend until February 28, 2021. 

 

If patient suspects a change in vision, then patient will need to schedule a new exam for a different prescription.

Please email us if you want a copy.

 

1) Please submit form. We'll email your balance before and after applying insurance allowance.

2) Pay online balance by Square invoice.

3) All orders will direct ship to address provided for no-contact.

We cannot cancel direct ship orders.

We will try to respond within 1 business day.

 

​No Returns on contact lens boxes.
