Vision plans we accept:

We accept: most VSP, most EyeMed, MES

 

We may or may not accept: Cigna, Guardian, Metlife, United Health plans, depending if vision plan is VSP and may require special ID#.

We do NOT accept:  Avesis, Davis Vision, NVA, Superior Vision, VBA,

Medi-Cal VSP plans, Medi-Cal EyeMed plans, Medicare, Valley Health,

CSU student EyeMed plans, Target-Only EyeMed plans
